Copywriter. Lyricist. Website producer. Video producer. Creative Director. Brand Creator. Brand consultant. Story consultant. It’s fair to say, I’ve been something of a lily-padder throughout my career.
For me, the message really is the medium. I’ve enjoyed working across so many content platforms and for so many varied clients in so many different guises as the core of everything has always been, how do we tell a good story here?
There no better feeling than creating content that moves. I’ve made people laugh, cry, be intrigued, be offended, be surprised, be excited, be informed. As creatives, we can take this gift for granted, it’s our daily bread and butter.
But, as professionals, and in a world where everyone’s got in on the act, our challenge ahead is to work smarter, faster, with new tools and with greater creativity to validate our very existence – and to show the power of play at work.
